Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Appointments, cancellations and late arrivals
We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service price and no-shows are charged in full. Late arrivals may receive a shortened treatment so the next guest is not delayed.
Treatment results and health disclosures
Spa treatments are cosmetic and are not medical care. Results vary from person to person. You agree to disclose relevant health information, including pregnancy, medications and recent procedures, before treatment. Your specialist may decline or modify a service if it is not safe to proceed.
Memberships and gift cards
Memberships require a three-month minimum and then continue month to month with 30 days notice to cancel. Gift cards never expire, are not redeemable for cash except where required by Arizona law, and are treated like cash if lost.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of AZ.
