About Us
A Small Spa, By Design
Ines Carrillo spent ten years in busy medical spas across Phoenix and San Diego, where the answer to almost every concern was a stronger peel or a pricier device. In 2016 she opened Maison Aurelle to work the other way around: listen first, treat gently, and send every guest home with a plan they can actually keep.
Today we are six suites, a nail lounge and a sunlit relaxation room on Camelback Road, with the same unhurried attention in every appointment.
Skin Before Sales
Products are suggested only when they fill a real gap. Plenty of guests leave with nothing but a handwritten plan.

Sealed autoclave pouches, single-use files and pipeless foot basins, opened in front of you.
